How We Handle Your Complaint

Once we receive your grievance, here's what happens next:

Day 1

Acknowledgement

We confirm that we've received your complaint and share a reference number with you.

Within 3 Working Days

Initial Review

Our team reviews the details, speaks with the relevant person if needed, and begins working on a resolution.

Within 7 Working Days

Resolution

We aim to resolve most complaints within 7 working days. Complex cases may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated.

Closure

Feedback

We'll share the outcome with you and ask if you're satisfied. Your feedback helps us get better.

Still Not Satisfied?

If you feel your concern hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction after reaching out to us, you have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or the lender/financial institution directly involved in your case.

We will always cooperate fully with any escalation process and provide all relevant information to support a fair resolution.
